We have our weekly recap, we have had some exciting games this weekend with two of them going in to over time.

Dream Team looked a bit uneven against Dynasty but still kept it close. Dream Team showed the league that they have the nucleus to compete but just need some time to gel. Dynasty after having 1 win the entire season last year have rebounded well to be in first place wtih 2 wins so far. Although both wins haven't been super impressive both wins have shown that Dynasty can slow the game down and dictate the pace of the game.

In one of the most surprising games of the weekend, Titans dismantled a very good Force team. Titans are looking like the early favorites of the SABL and will probably be ranked #1 on the power rankings when they are released. Force was missing a guard but Force really struggled against this strong Titans team.

In one of the most eagerly awaited games of the year, last years SABL champions the HitMen played the Basketballers. The game was just like last year and it was very close till the end, but this time when the dust settled the Basketballers had the game in hand.

After this game was delayed slightly the Spartans jumped to a huge lead, but with Triple Threat no lead is insurmontable. Triple Threat chipped away to force overtime and in overtime Triple Threat proved to be too much and defeated the upstart Spartans. The Spartans looked very strong but it wasn't meant to be on this day.

After the Spartans and Triple Threat game this game seemed to be anti climactic. That was until the first few moments of the game. The Tigers played in their usual frantic pace but the SWAT team seemed to thrive off of that pace forcing turnovers and taking it strong to the basket. The Tigers clawed back and were up at half time, but in the 2nd half the SWAT Team came through and repeated their first half defensive intensity and it seemed as if the Tigers just ran out of steam.
