Analysis:
In the first game of the day, 24/7 took advantage of a Strong Island team that was too busy battling itself instead of playing the game. In the confusion, Yassin put up a 32 point game for 24/7 and the youth and athleticism was just too much for their distracted opponents. 24/7 has built up a nice 14-point lead heading into game two. Strong Island may have to play short-handed in the next contest.
In the night game, Styl once again took their opponents apart. This time it was the inexperienced Adrenaline team that got run out of the gym. Styl has built a near 30-point cushion for next week's game with strong defense and timely passing. Adrenaline wanted to play with the big boys, but now that they've had their chance, are they going to run for the hills or will they come out more determined next week?
