SABL 2008 Start Date

The South Asian Basketball League will be opening registration to only 10 teams this year. If we have enough room we will expand to 12 teams if and only if we have enough permits. Currently we have been given enough for 10 teams only.

Please email This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it with your team name, who the captain and co captain is. If you are a new team to the league please email who you know within the SABL or SASL.

Rosters are going to be 10 players per team. Each game will be one hour. The games will be played in western Nassau County. Each player will be provided insurance, a uniform, and full stats etc.. with the web site. Scorekeepers and Referees will be provided by the league.

If you have any questions ask them now as space is limited.
 
South Asian Basketball Season 2

Season 2 of the SABL is coming soon, we are leaning towards the mid to end of October until March.

Details are fuzzy but as they come out the SouthAsianBasketball.com web site is the place to get the latest news.

First preference will be given to teams from last year, and then if we have room we will be adding new teams.

So if you are interested in joining a team or creating a team make sure that you contact us right away.
