For the last 12 years, the South Asian Sports Network has created an environment where South Asian Athletes can come together and play sports.  This community has come together off the field as well. Whether it is raising tens of thousands of dollars for earthquake victims or thousands for cancer research.  The community has expanded to off the field.

The next phase in this is to leverage the professional network that we have established. Already people use their fellow SASN participants as a source of reference and advice.  We are taking this one step further and formalizing this. 

The purpose of this group is to set up events and opportunities for our community to come together in a professional environment and help each other in our professional goals.
